Did you know there is a reading scheme linked to Tric a Chlic?
Dyna chi dric reading series.
This is a brand new reading series in Welsh which includes 21 books at 3 stages that engages young children in interesting books and stories as they develop their reading skills and become confident readers. The series is based on the stages of the Tric a Chlic program and includes a variety of different forms such as non-fiction books, instructions, postcards and rhyming books.
You can find simple discussion led activities, vocabulary support and an English translation of the story at the back of the books. In addition to this there is a QR code at the back of each book which will lead you to online digital resources.
The books are available to purchase on our shop where you can also buy copies of digital books with audio, and to celebrate the launch of the new series we will be offering copies of the digital books with audio for free for a short period of time!
